Recommendation

“Discussion leads to a better strategy.”

Jani Ahonala of Noona and Vaalia on Matthijs: “I met Matthijs years ago in Helsinki, where we first started thinking about strategy. We did not agree with each other, but instead of impairing it, it strengthened our relationship. In the end it got us to an even better strategy and performance, next to partnering up a second time with Vaalia”.
